How do you say Thanks For The Blessings. So often I think we or I take things for
granted.
No test NO Testimony. I started attending a church service called Friday Night
Reign, the pastor is Chris Johnson.I should say that as most people on New Years Eve,
I started a resolution, things that I most wanted to happen in my life in the coming
year.
One thing I asked and prayed for was transportation. Any one who knows me, knows
that I love Flea Markets and yard sales. I prayed for transportation, I wrote it in
my journal and a whole year went by,that request was not answered.I had to continue
to ask on Friday if someone would take me to appointments and to my Saturday yard
sales and flea markets. You get strange looks when you ask people to get up at 6:00am.
One Friday Night I attended the service at the church, and beleive me no one knew
about my journal or my entry in my journal. Pastor Chris spoke on things not
expected.
Toward the end of the service Chris said that the Lord had layed it on his heart to
bless someone with a gift, still not thinking it was me or even what it was. Like
everyone I sat and listened. He said that he also received a confirmation, when he
called his assistant, the lord told her the same thing down to the color. pastor
Chris holding keys in his hand and calling my name, well you know from
that point on after the screaming and tears and shaking all I could say was THANK
YOU!!!!!! No good thing that I have done. In his time, not the next week or month
or even a year, I felt I was blocking the blessing. It wasn't about me. It took over a year.
Along with the new car was car insurance that the church paid for, full coverage for
one full year. I've learned through it all to lean and depend on him. Even my child-
ren did not undersatnd and my brother said why you? People just don't do things
like that, and all I can say is that it's not your typical church.
God is in the blessing business, I living proof!!!!!!!!!From the Gutter MOst To The
